Technological platform MaaS (Maintenance as a Service) based on the integrated use of IoT-Blockchain, for the interoperable and transparent sharing of authenticated and protected information, concerning the enhancement and operational management in REAL time of technical-plant ASSETS and technical-economic transactions relating to the interactions between the various parties involved in the entire Facility Management chain.
The project, started on 03/09/2020, will have a duration of 36 months.
The REASSET project aims, as an innovative product-service, to satisfy the need, which is increasingly critical in Italy in the context of Global Maintenance Services, which is to make maintenance services qualitatively and economically more sustainable the maintenance of real estate and plant Assets.
The REASSET project concerns the conception, study, design and prototype construction of a MaaS (Maintenance as a Service) technological platform, as a new product / service based on a collaborative and innovative maintenance organizational model, aimed at eliminating everything which does not produce value in the management of services.
The REASSET platform uses the integrated paradigms of the Blockchain-IoT for the interoperable and transparent sharing of authenticated and protected data and information, regarding the enhancement and operational management in real time of technical-plant assets and technical-economic transactions relating to the interactions between the various subjects involved in the entire Facility Management chain.
The proposed platform provides for the development of a web architecture in the cloud for the development of MaaS (Maintenance as a Service) services, with the integration of Blockchain and IoT technologies and paradigms, the development of Predictive Maintenance processing processes through the real-time acquisition of signals from industrial sensors (e.g. temperature, voltage, current, vibrations, noise, etc.) for the detection in the field of data on the functionality of the Assets.
