System Engineer – Industrial Systems (F/H)

Telematic Solutions Srl, a company of VINCI Energies, is a dynamic organization with a young and motivated team dedicated to the design, development, and implementation of ground systems (including cryogenic, fluid, electrical, telemetry, and HVAC systems) for the European Space Centre in Kourou (French Guiana).

As part of our growth, we are looking in Milan for a:
System Engineer – Industrial Systems (F/H)

You will actively contribute to the project design phase and ensure the proper execution of technical operations during the implementation phase. You will be involved in the design and construction of medium, low, and extra-low voltage electrical systems, as well as in the development of supervision, control, and automation systems for various infrastructures at the space base. Our projects range from medium-voltage substations to toxic vapor and gas detection systems on launch pads, as well as public address and operational video systems.

At Telematic Solutions, the System Engineer works closely with the Project Manager throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial proposal development to on-site commissioning.

👉 Main responsibilities:

• Contribute to the study phase, supporting the technical manager in drafting calculation notes and technical documentation

• Participate in technical consultations with suppliers and subcontractors

• Propose innovative technological solutions to enhance the competitiveness of our offers

• Contribute to engineering studies and system design

• Act as an interface with on-site teams during implementation

• Support the final validation of systems

You will be expected to carry out your responsibilities in compliance with deadlines, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Category: B1 – Italian Metalworking CCNL

Salary: €32,000–€34,000 per year, plus specific conditions and benefits, including:

👉 Profile:

Master’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Energy, or Automation Engineering. Ideally, you have at least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.

You have basic knowledge in the design of electrical systems (medium and low voltage), as well as systems such as public address, vapor detection, telephony, telecommunications, video, or DCS control systems.

We are also open to recent graduates (Bachelor’s + Master’s) with no prior experience, provided they demonstrate strong motivation, flexibility, and curiosity.

IT skills: Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Elec Calc or Caneco, BIM systems, or PLC programming languages is a plus.

Languages: Proficiency in French will facilitate integration into the working environment.

Frequent international assignments (in Europe or French Guiana) are expected throughout the year.

Master’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering. We are open to recent graduates (Bachelor’s + Master’s) with no prior experience, provided they demonstrate strong motivation, flexibility, and curiosity for our field.

IT skills: Microsoft Office. Knowledge of EcosimPro, CAEPipe, or equivalent tools is a plus.

Languages: Proficiency in French will facilitate integration into the working environment.

Frequent international assignments (in Europe or French Guiana) are expected throughout the year.
